Professional Services Overview

  • Project Management : organize project tasks and deliverables, communicate timely updates on project status, follow-up with vendors and/or employees, manage project timeline and budget. Provide creative solutions and efficiencies.
  • Corporate Events : research and suggest viable event locations for consideration, request quotes/estimates for locations, rental companies and vendors, assist with space planning and seating arrangements, manage schedule for deliverables and rentals, create checklists for pre-event, day of event and post event tasks, and reconcile final invoices. Once event is booked, follow up with location, vendors, and rental companies for deliverables. Research inspiration for theme, team building ice breakers and team building outings. Event size ranging from single date/time event for small groups to large group gatherings with comprehensive schedules.
  • Corporate + Group Travel : research and provide budget conscious suggestions for corporate travel, book hotels, flights, ground transportation and meal reservations. Create comprehensive itineraries with necessary confirmation numbers, addresses/phone numbers, check-in/out times, helpful tips, and notes for travel. Communicate any ongoing updates/changes to travel plans.
  • Travel Expense Reporting : track, organize and report corporate travel expenses for individual or team. Provide thorough reporting post travel.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility : research and recommend CSR employee engagement opportunities aligned with corporation’s goals. Work with corporation to determine CSR goals for mission alignment and team engagement for on-site or off-site give back opportunities. Assist with CSR event planning as contracted. Services include managing employee volunteer sign-ups, pre and post event internal communications, and logistics for on-site or off-site event production as noted above for “Corporate Events.”
  • Corporate Gifting : research and provide meaningful gift suggestions for ongoing and special occasion customer and employee appreciation gifts. Provide budget conscious recommendations for individual, team or large quantity gifts with or without corporate branding. Suggest appropriate messaging to accompany gift. Order and track gift delivery and provide timely updates on status.

  • Home Project Management : organize quotes/estimates, contracts, and timeline for deliverables and provide updates on status. Track and follow up on all orders for samples and materials. Create detailed notebook for “one-stop shop” for all things home remodel including applicable areas of your home. all components within those areas, and any warranties / registrations for the components.
  • Event Planning : Checklists : create detailed to-do lists with timeline for action items / deliverables leading up to your event, helpful action items list for day of your event with timeline, and post event follow-up tasks list. Whether you’re hosting your weekly bible study of 10, a baby shower at a restaurant, or planning a special occasion for 100+ people in your home, it’s important to cover all your bases and have a reference you can rely on for a smooth running event. Research, provide inspiration and suggestions for theme, decorations, menu items, etc., secure quotes and estimates, order supplies and book vendors as needed.
  • College Move-In + Move-Out : Checklists : detailed lists of “must haves” and “should haves” for both in-state and out-of-state college students with helpful suggestions for logistics, working with roommates for shared items, and creative solutions for these expenses – think gift registry. Whether you’d like me to do it all or you’d like to partner, we can customize the right fit for your event and your role within your event. You can be the host with the most and I support your efforts or you can enjoy your event and I will handle the details. Taking your special occasion to an elevated level.
